We own (2) Wineries, Villa Toscano, and Bella Piazza, located one mile apart, in the Shenandoah Valley, Plymouth, Ca. We are looking for a seasoned Manager in the wine business, who can oversee both wineries tasting rooms, and possibly depending on the depth of the individual, the entire operation.
We have our own food service and special events centers, including Chef's and are therefore extremely busy on the weekends. We need an individual with a proven track record who is willing to work weekends and holidays. Who is familiar with POS systems, and the list is endless of the duties. Your job would include the hiring and training of all tasting room and office staff.
We need an individual who can manage the business from opening each day to closing of both wineries. Candidates please reply with your resume, cover letter and salary requirement.
