Description
Responsibility
A Creative Design and Production Specialist is primarily responsible for the production and implementation of marketing and point of sale (POS) solutions. The Creative Design and Production Specialist will also be responsible for limited creative design projects on an as-needed basis. This role is assigned to the Marketing team.
Tasks
Creative Design and Production Specialist can be expected to perform the following tasks in this role as a routine part of their job:
Manipulates artwork according to style and size constraints to support the creation and development of eye catching POS materials
Manages template uploads received from various creative agencies to meet weekly and monthly deadlines and requirements in support of the company’s brand portfolio
Develops creative concepts and designs strategies for marketing collateral when needed. Designs community event signage to support brand building efforts.
Reviews proofs and provides feedback to printer/vendor when needed. Providing samples of previous work an advantage

Qualifications
A qualified candidate for the Creative Design and Production Specialist role should satisfy the expectations below:
1. Previous experience collaborating with interactive, diverse teams to produce creative design
2. Expert knowledge/Advanced design skills with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
3. Advanced Communication and Interpersonal skills
Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Art or Design
