Paragon Label is a small North Bay printer that produces labels for some of the finest wineries in the country.  We are a well-known company that has a solid reputation not only for our extremely high-quality printing, but also for our customer service, community involvement, and strong ethics. The right person would have immediate success by building solid prospect lists, locating new markets, and directing the sales force to close the deals.

 

We are looking for a Sales Manager that can help us increase our sales to the thousands of wineries in the country, but also build business in the spirits, cosmetic, fine food, and beer markets. This position is also required to personally approach and sell to medium to large size accounts. This means that the job requires not only managing a staff, but also directly selling and gathering strong prospects. This position also manages our exceptional CSR department. The Sales Manager reports directly to the President of the company. We also need the Sales Manager to be very involved in creative marketing, building strong target lists, and developing a message to appeal to those prospects.  

 

Some of the job specifics and duties:

 

Annually build reliable sales forecasts and monitor results monthly.

Manage our sales team including our customer service staff and estimating department.

Build prospect lists and assign to appropriate sales people while also monitoring progress and success.

Personally prospect medium to large size accounts while also managing existing accounts.

Review and analyze sales reports to make sure we are keeping our current customer base strong and reduce the possibility of customer turnover.

Develop promotions for customers and sales incentives for sales team.

Develop creative marketing material to appeal to targeted markets including designers.

Develop marketing campaigns using email blasts and effective mailings.

Develop relationships with existing customers and assist the sales reps in growing business with them.

Manage and attend trade shows.

Find resource partners that can help grow sales.
