Company Description Jada Vineyard and Winery is a boutique winery located in the Willow Creek District on the West side of Paso Robles. We are a producer of small lot Rhone and Bordeaux estate wines. We are seeking a highly motivated harvest intern to assist us in production this coming Harvest.

Job Description The intern will learn modern and classic winemaking techniques including whole cluster fermentations, gravity handling, concrete fermentations, biodynamic farming practices and premium barrel selection. They will also help implement modern approaches to quality wine making.
Responsibilities: Assist in fruit processing (receiving, sorting, crushing), fermentation analysis and management, performing pump-overs and punch-downs, drain and press operation, tank and equipment cleaning and sanitization and other daily production needs.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in fine wine production, be a team player with a positive attitude and have a strong desire to learn on the job. Previous harvest experience is desired, but not required. This is a 2-2.5 month position beginning in early or mid-September.
