Retail Customer Service


We are a family-owned West Suburban wine, spirit and beer retail leader that has been in business since 1933. We are looking for the right people to join our team of knowledgeable, hard working, customer service focused staff.


The right candidate will have following qualifications:

Must be over 21 years of age
Ideally have retail experience with cash handling training
Have an outgoing, friendly personality
Punctual and dependable
Good attention to detail and problem solving ability
A sense of urgency
Be a self starter
Work a flexible schedule- including evenings, weekends, holidays
Have good merchandising skill
Posses excellent customer service skills, with the ability and desire to sell.

Responsibilities include:

Beer, Wine & Spirit Sales

Working as a cashier as needed

Receiving

Stocking

Store open/closing responsibilities possible
