Position Title: Retail Account Specialist, MA
Position Location: Massachusetts (Home based - North Shore, MA)
Position Summary:
Builds relationships and sells-in new items and strategic initiatives at franchise state key accounts. Ensures all key / brand KPIs are achieved.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Individual: (75% of time)

Executes PRUSA plan at store level

Responsible for selling-in new items and strategic initiatives at franchise state key accounts

Responsible for performing account visits at franchise state key accounts

Schedule and administer on site product promotions and signage

Builds relationships with franchise state key accounts

Monitors and maintains up-to-date awareness on product information, company initiatives and promotions, advertising, and industry trends

Develops account detailed "Call List" with key contact and call schedule

Responsible for daily Pre-Plan of activities and daily/weekly recap of results and accomplishments to RAS Team Manager / RM
Shared: (25% of time)

Responsible for product distribution and placement in conjunction with multiple distributors

Works in conjunction with distributor to achieve PRUSA strategic goals and implement initiatives, innovations and programs at store level

Regularly communicated with multiple distributors in franchise states

Conducted formal trainings with distributors once a month as well as regular informal trainings

Achieved all key brand KPIs

Requirements:
Education: BS required, preferably with a Sales/Marketing Concentration
Experience / Background: Must be 21 with a valid and clean driver’s license. Entry level consumer product sales position.
Working Conditions:
Field Environment: Work is performed in a typical field environment with moderate demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual, hearing and language acuity required for correspondence and computer usage. Frequent travel by land and/or air in diverse weather conditions is required.

Estimate: 25% of time (10% overnight travel)
