Since our first vintage in 1991, the Beaux Frères philosophy remains the same; to produce world-class Pinot Noir from small, well-balanced yields and ripe, healthy fruit that represents the essence of our vineyard.
The Position:
Manage Beaux Frères’ national sales through the three-tier distribution system. Provide leadership to drive growth in on-premise and off-premise accounts by building and maintaining relationships with distributors and key accounts. Develop goals, manage budgets, and create reports to assess progress regularly. Frequent travel required throughout the country.
The Ideal Candidate:
Candidate must have experience in the FOB national market for selling high-end, super-premium wine. Candidate must have an expert understanding of both off-premise and on-premise accounts. We are an energetic team that values creative problem solving, sense of humor, and hard work. Our Newberg, Oregon office is a lively environment requiring patience, creativity, and attention to detail despite distractions. Experience with international markets is a plus.
