Multi-Site Vineyard Manager (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Position Responsibilities: 
•  Supervise daily farming operations to produce quality wine grapes at multiple sites.
•  Participate in regular staff meetings regarding work planning, analysis, and budgeting.
•  Strong communication skills with fellow employees and clients as needed.
•  Accurate record keeping.

Qualifications:
•  Education; High school diploma or GED
•  Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV record
•  Bilingual; Spanish preferred 
•  Strong work ethic with organizational and time management skills
•  Prior experience of vineyard operations
•  Mechanical knowledge and general farm equipment operation experience
