Job description

As our Regional Manager, you will:
- Support our distributor partners across your territory
- Build our core brands to an exceptional level
- Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis in relation to achieving sales goals
- Keep your distributor network highly aligned on brand goals, revenue goals and portfolio positioning
- Always challenge the status quo
Ability to manage multiple brands
Create and manage budgets
Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of the trade
Inventory management, pricing, and programming
Conduct wine presentations and educational seminars for distributor sales reps and wait staff trainings as well as in store tastings
Regional and local chain knowledge
Experience/Knowledge/Commitment
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in distribution within the wine and spirits industry
• Goal oriented
• Commitment to continuous education- wine, sales and otherwise
• Excellent organization and follow up
• Strong work ethic
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Positive mental attitude; team player
• Superior wine knowledge, combined with a commitment to continuous improvement in all facets of our business.
• Effective self-management skills, specifically time management and territory call planning
The position will report to David Stephan - Managing Director.
