Job Description. We are looking for professionals strongly interested in wine, beer, and spirits to help us manage data from our growing network of over 900 wholesale distributors across the country. You'll be able to put your wine knowledge to use in extracting grape, appellation, and other technical information from the raw data we receive on a regular basis. This is a full-time position, located at our headquarters in Manhattan’s Flatiron district, with regular office hours.

In this role, you will:

- Research and gather educational information of the various wine, beer, and spirits loaded into our system.
- Use problem solving and research skills to decipher the identities of eclectic wine, beer, and spirits.
- Gain a deep understanding of our data pipeline and work closely with data specialists and onboarding teams to load new products and portfolios into SevenFifty and improve the general quality of our data.
- Support our distributor customers and be their first point of contact regarding their product data.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, lightly structured environment where you have ownership over your domain.

Requirements:

- Excellent computer navigation skills (shortcuts, web-browsing, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with common SaaS tools including Slack, JIRA, and Zendesk
- Strong interest in the wine/spirits/beer industry
