Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in our headquarters based in Manhattan, NY. We are a direct importer and distributor with over 30 years’ experience in NY. Industry leaders in selections from France, Spain, Italy, California and the new world. Monsieur Touton Selection is experiencing unprecedented growth and we are seeking a dedicated professional who is looking to take their career to new levels. We offer health insurance, dental, and 401K. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 5p.m.

The successful applicant's skills will include:
1. Reviewing all supplier invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
2. Printing and obtaining signatures on all accounts payable checks.
3. Distributing signed checks as required.
4. Sending foreign currency wires on a weekly basis.
5. Acting as liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments.
6. Answering all vendor inquiries.
7. Maintaining all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
8. Assisting corporate financial officers and branch personnel as necessary.
9. Preparing cleared checks for storage.
10. Preparing Monthly chargebacks to the vendors.
11. Preparing analysis of accounts, as required.
12. Performing filing and copying.
13. Processing corporate Travel and Entertainment expense.

Experience:
1. Microsoft Navision is preferable.
2. College degree is preferable or accompanied with previous working experience in accounting.
3. Excel knowledge is a MUST.
