Boisset Family Estates seeks a dynamic sales professional to proactively drive our French Wine business in the New England market, within the framework of our long-term positioning and distribution goals. This creative and energetic individual reports directly to the Boisset National Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
Execute all French Wine accounts within our French portfolio in the New England Region, focusing on MA, RI & CT,
Perform frequent brand and category performance analysis, plus sales and marketing recommendations to address or exploit issues and opportunities,
Proactively explore and identify account distribution,
Measure impact & effectiveness of promotions, programs, website, and advertising, both through qualitative and quantitative analysis,
Assist with presentations and follow up to these accounts as needed,
Effectively communicate brand strategies and product information to distributor and wholesalers to improve program awareness and promote increased distribution/sell-through at all levels and channels,
Ensure all brand activities achieve immediate and long term sales and profit goals.
Requirements:
3-5 years of Distributor/Supplier management experience, with emphasis on French imports.
B.A in Business or related field preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
Computer literate, experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.
Thorough understanding of 3-tier distribution system, market dynamics, and wine industry protocols.
French language skills a definite plus
