Brewer (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Basic Tasks:

  • Maintain a clean & safe work space
  • Produce wort
  • Cellar operations including yeast management, tank cleaning/sanitization
  • Packaging operations including both kegging, and bottling
  • Lab work

Competencies/Abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience at a production brewery
  • Brewing degree/certificate or a degree in related science
  • Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment
  • Capable of lifting 55lbs repeatedly
  • Great communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Critical thinking skills

  • Good can do attitude
  • Willing to learn & to teach
  • Able to receive & give criticism in a constructive manner
