Napa software firm has an exciting and challenging career opportunity with excellent growth potential for a highly motivated and attentive customer support representative.
Job duties include providing help desk software support, assist in the on-boarding process for new customers including training, documentation and software testing. Applicants must have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent critical thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication and patience when working with customers. The preferred candidate must have at least two years customer service experience and have basic working knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory control and accounting practices.
Additionally, candidates must have:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in technical and customer support
• Knowledge in point-of-sale and accounting systems
• A solid background in Windows desktop operating systems
• A solid background in Microsoft Office
• Be self-motivated and responsible
• Willing to work on-call some weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Speak and write English
All positions for hire will work in our facilities located in Napa, CA
Wine Industry experience/knowledge is a big plus.
