An Outstanding Opportunity for a Tasting Room Manager in one of Downtown Napa's Most Vibrant Tasting Rooms

Wines on First is an exciting Tasting Room and Wine Bar open daily with extended hours to capture the bustling evening downtown Napa "wine lovers" traffic for locals and visitors. We feature two prominent Napa Valley brands that are linked by Mitch Cosentino - the legendary winemaker responsible for both.

At Wines on First we feature a broad collection of varietals and expertly crafted blends served in multiple tasting flights and by the glass or bottle for those just looking for a terrific glass of wine while experiencing the energy of the First Street Napa District's dynamic dining, shopping and entertainment scene. We have seating at the tasting bar and luxurious lounge settings as well as The Reserve Room for larger groups and private events.

We are looking for an energetic person with the willingness to work with the team and possessing the following skills:
•  Experience in both tasting room management and sales 
•  Social media and internet expertise 
•  Computer skills and budgetary familiarity
•  The desire to participate in an aggressive community outreach program to encourage increased traffic

We pay a base salary based on experience and specific skills plus commission on sales and a performance-based bonus.
