Excellent customer service skills
Must have good communication and listening skills and a desire to learn about our business
Excellent command of the English language
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work in a team
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with SFDC a plus (but not required)
Good math skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment
Ability to work a 40 hour work week on a regular basis is essential
One to two years pricing / inside sales experience is preferred but not required
Must possess good interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus traits, desire to build good relationships with customers;
Responsibilities include:
Quoting prices via email
Handling incoming customer calls and emails
Entering information in SFDC
Perform follow-up calls to customers
Create and maintain various excel pricing spreadsheets
Filing information online
Plus other duties as assigned.
