JOB DESCRIPTION

The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for building key relationships with influential resorts, drivers, restaurants and wineries to drive qualified traffic to our tasting rooms. They will also assist developing our guest experiences, foster reciprocal relationships between our partner wineries and provide concierge services for select guests.


RESPONSIBILITIES

**Relationship Development**
• Develop sustainable relationships with key resorts, drivers and wineries to drive qualified guests to our wineries.
• Regularly visit local resorts, restaurants, wineries and industry events to build relationships that can be extended to our tasting room managers.
• Develop affinity program to reward select individuals responsible for increased traffic or revenue.

**Guest Experiences**
• Work closely with marketing department and tasting room managers to elevate existing experiences and develop high-end experiences.
• Develop effective strategies to consistently drive traffic and revenue to our tasting rooms.
• Develop and moderate regular meetings with tasting room managers to continually create and foster reciprocal relationships between wineries.
• Develop insightful monthly reports about tasting room traffic, referrals and trends to make recommendations for improvements or refinements.
• Monitor hotel and hospitality trends closely with the goal of improving our level of service and professionalism.

**Guest Services**
• Provide concierge services for key customers.
• Capture detailed, relevant information about guests to help personalize their winery experiences.
• Centralize knowledge of all winery tasting experiences, times and availability.
• Develop itinerary options between Farm Collective wineries and any partner restaurants.
• Schedule and calendar all winery appointments and events in detailed manner.
• Work closely with tasting room management to schedule guests.
• Adapt our various brand voices and provide world-class customer service.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong overall computer skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel or winery hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Serious attention to detail and follow-up.
• Strong sales skills.
• An undeniable love for wine.
• Awesome work ethic and positive attitude.
• Self-starter, independent worker, problem solver, and ability to make deadlines.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Full-Time, Days Worked and Hours will vary.
• Works out of office in Napa, California.
• May be required to work nights and/or weekends on occasion.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (case of wine).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
