Seeking a successful sales candidate who is highly motivated and who has demonstrated the ability to grow a large territory. Must be capable of building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, mainly Winemakers.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Successful outside sales experience to the California wine industry
•Strong palate and passion for wine
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
•Successful track record of developing new accounts while protecting existing business. This requires service and value oriented selling skills
•Experience working with large and small wineries alike
•Persistent, independent, and professional individual
•Experience with reporting and CRM software
•Open to limited overnight travel as required
•Enology Degree or similar is preferred
•Experience selling enological supplies/services or wood products is a plus!
