CF Napa Brand Design specializes in the wine, spirits and beer industries and has clients located in over 8 countries. Candidates must have exemplary organizational and time management skills, possess a strong attention to detail, a proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, can problem solve in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working by phone and in person with clients. Ideal candidates will have alcohol beverage category and/or agency experience.

Responsibilities:
Act as the key contact for a selection of our clients located around the world and manage all project related communication.
Manage budgets and timelines and work flow through studio.
Manage external resources including: all print vendors, illustrators, etc.
Work with CF Napa team to assist in brand consultation.
Prepare project status reports and take part in weekly scheduling meetings in order to keep clients and the internal creative team informed and on target.
Manage multiple projects and timelines for a diverse range of project types and clients.
Prioritize and coordinate deliverables to ensure daily tasks are completed and project deadline are met.
Work closely with the Creative and Design Directors to manage the internal business on each account and create information flow to effect the best possible client service.
Qualifications:
A Minimum of a Bachelors degree.
2+ years of prior and/or relevant experience.
Previous project management or brand management experience.
Relevant experience in wine industry or a creative studio environment a plus.
Must have excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products.
Mac skills a plus.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Must be able to communicate in an articulate and concise manner with suppliers, clients, vendors and internal team.
Must possess an unquenchable thirst for doing great work.
