We are currently seeking experienced Hospitality - Fine Dining Servers, Wine Educators and Tasting Room Attendances in the Napa, Oakville, St. Helena and Sonoma areas to support on-going needs and event season.
Candidates must be able to work in a cooperative spirit along with an existing group of dynamic staff members. We are looking for candidates who, in addition to having experience in fine dining, are committed to customer service and gracious hospitality. A thorough knowledge of fine dining and wine service is required. Your service must exude an outstanding & premier service level that exceeds expectations at every point of guest experience
Fine Dining Servers Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 2+ years experience Fine Dining Serving experience; 5 course serving and table setting
- Minimum 2+ years experience Formal table set-up/ table setting and clean up and break down for lunch, dinner and special events
- Proof of current Food Handler/ SafeServ Certification
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays and weather conditions
- Present warm and gracious positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow directions
- Detail station according to standard
- Ability to anticipate and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely manner
Wine Educators/Tasting Room Attendants
- Minimum 2+ years experience wine pouring and wine pairing
- Proof of current Food Handler/ SafeServ Certification
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays and weather conditions
- Present warm and gracious positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow directions
- Detail station according to standard
- Ability to anticipate and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely manner
-Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk up to eight hours a day
- Must be able to lift, move and stack up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 6 to 8 hours
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions/temperatures
- Mandatory Attire: evening events black slacks/pants, white long sleeve button up dress shirt, black shoes or day events tan/khaki slacks/pants, white long sleeve button up dress shirt and black shoes *Note: some events may require black long sleeve button up dress shirt
Pay for this position is $15.00 to $18.00/hr determined by level of experience. This is a temporary on-going opportunity.
