The Artisan Group Spirits Co. is currently seeking qualified sales reps to fill the positon of Brand Development Associate.
These positons will initially be treated as part-time 1099 independent contractors, with the opportunity for a full-time sales position after a 90 day performance review. This positon is 100% performance based and does not guarantee full-time employment until after review and decision by a sales manager.
BDA's will be responsible for the on-premise sale of non-listed spirits brands and in some instances, wine brands distributed by local wholesalers in their assigned territory. Goals will be issued every 30 days with payment incentives expiring in the same period.
