As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Training Analyst, you will partner with the business to ensure business process change impacts and how the future work is performed is properly captured and translated into change communication, education materials and the overall change and training approach. Additionally, you will work with the business and thereby ensuring processes are aligned with the goals, culture and strategy of the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Uses in-depth knowledge of organizational structure and employee functions to take proactive steps to enhance employee and department productivity
  • Partners with management and staff to foster a successful, productive performance for an assigned client group
  • Develops business relationships employees (ranging from entry-level employees up to department directors) to learn how their needs as employees impact the organization
  • Recognizes training needs of employees and ensures that the necessary training is provided
  • Participates in HR projects, processes, and functions that involve human resources and client group leadership
  • Provides change impact analysis and partners with the Super User community and training material developers thereby ensuring the quality of materials and timing are delivered
  • Interacts and maintains stakeholder analysis and Change count database
  • Implements change readiness assessments, summarize results and actions throughout the lifecycle of the project

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Master’s degree plus 2 years of human resources generalist/representative experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of human resources generalist/representative experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 8 years of human resources generalist/representative experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

What Will Set You Apart

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration plus 4 years of resources generalist/representative experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, corporate policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
