Hidalgo Imports a wine and spirits importer and distributor company is looking for motivated professional to work in the main office full time (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) as an Office Assistance
Office Assistant Job Duties:
· Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
· Receive orders from Sale Representatives and costumers to upload them into Quickbooks. Send daily sales and inventory reports to sales representatives, vendors and suppliers.
· Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
· Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund
· Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
Skills:
Fluent in Spanish and English
Microsoft Office knowledge
QBooks knowledge is a plus (training will be provided)
