Stacole Fine Wines is growing again and you can lead the South Florida dedicated Retail Chain team, as the Key Account Manager.
The Key Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategic key customers. Assigned to three to five key customers, the Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
The Key Account Manager represents the entire portfolio of company to assigned key customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Job Specific
-Plan time and activities to ensure achievement of company and supplier established goals and sales objectives within assigned accounts.
-Work in conjunction with Director of Chain Retail Sales, Portfolio and Brand Managers, and Chain Retail Sales Consultants to ensure effective execution of distribution, POS, promotions, pricing, programming.
-Develop monthly, weekly and daily written pre-plans for execution.
-Involved in activities with and around their accounts (IE: committees, functions, charity events, etc.)
-Develop an effective partnership with accounts.
-Be the primary contact for the ultimate decision maker in assigned accounts.
-Communicate issues, opportunities and market intelligence with appropriate management through written, electronic and verbal means.
-Maintain up-to-date, accurate territory and account records.
-Submit prompt and accurate reports.
