Account Sales Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for an Account Sales Manager to join the Southern Sales team. Reporting into VP of Sales, Southern Regional Manager; this role looks after the on-sale independent and the independent retail channel in the dynamic South Florida territory.

Ideally based in Miami (alternatively in Ft Lauderdale or West Palm Beach), this role will be responsible for developing enduring relationships with accounts in collaboration with our distributors, selling the Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate opportunities to our customers, achieving distribution objectives, and executing programs to drive rate of sale. Frequent overnight travel will be required.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• 4-Year college degree qualification;
• Superb relationship building and communication skills;
• Be energetic, engaging and self-motivated;
• At least 2 -3 years experience in sales and account management, preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry;
• Experience with the 3-tier system and working collaboratively with distributors is preferred but not essential;
• Hospitality and restaurant management background would be advantageous;
• Bilingual ability (Spanish and English) would be advantageous but not essential;
