WINE & SPIRITS SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Manage the introduction and continued distribution of wine and spirit product brands at accounts.  Call on selected key accounts regularly, while monitoring key accounts and developing new accounts using own personal vehicle.  Plan, set-up and execute special events at various accounts to promote product brands. Maintain excellent customer relations at all assigned accounts. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING WINE AND SPIRITS.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of wine and spirits sales or merchandising experience required.
•  Must be able to safely lift and handle up to 57 pound cases of product frequently.
• Must be able to safely lift and handle up to 80 pound cases of product occasionally.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and minimum insurance coverage.  
• Personal vehicle to make in-person visits at accounts.
• Must be dependable and trustworthy with the ability to work independently, with limited supervision.
• Must be results oriented and possess strong initiative skills.
• Strong sales ability with excellent persuasive skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as  required.
