Tastings conducts in-store tastings for wine, beer and spirit brands, in addition to providing representation at trade shows, festivals and private events.

We are accepting applications for professional brand ambassadors throughout Maryland, Washington DC and the Northern Virginia regions.

Applicants must be passionate about the alcoholic beverages they represent and have a strong sales ability. We take pride in the knowledge base of our team, our ability to sell the product, and also our ability to educate and have fun with the consumers. Applicants must have an outgoing personality with a professional demeanor. 

 

All positions are part-time as an independent contractor. Tasting events are typically scheduled Friday afternoons/evening and throughout the day Saturday and Sunday.  Although some weekday hours may be available, they will be very limited. Availability can be determined at the beginning of each month but many opportunities have only a week notice. Availability is not required every weekend to be eligible.

 

Compensation is typically $20 per hour, but a higher rate may be discussed based on experience and proven availability.
