Sales Associate (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

We are seeking a knowledgeable Sales Associate at a small, well-curated Upper East Side neighborhood wine shop. We are bringing a new kind of wine & spirits experience to the area with a focus on producers that reflect their place of origin and embrace organic or sustainable ecological practices. We like to geek out without being snobs. 

Please be comfortable with:
- multi-tasking
- talking about wine & spirits
- lifting cases (~50lbs)
- working efficiently, independently and with others
Training and education is provided. There is potential to grow into an Assistant Buyer.
Please have basic knowledge of wine and spirits. Experience is preferred. Wage is commensurate with experience. Weekends, evenings, and holidays are a must.
Along with your resume, please describe your favorite bottle of wine you have tried recently. 

Based on experience. Year end bonus based on store profitability. Sales incentives.
