The Winebow Group has a very exciting opportunity we are building a Marketing team here in NY.

We are seeking a marketing manager to lead and drive the growth of the exciting portfolio of brands within The Winebow Group, and help bring this organization to the next level. This role calls for someone who brings passion, creativity and business savvy to the table, looks forward to making a significant impact on the business, and is builder of people and brands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing plans for the assigned portfolio

•Apply a high-degree of creative energy and innovation to wine marketing; work with digital and social channel teams to ensure plans are dynamic and leading-edge

•Drive toward best-in-class packaging designs for key brands

•Lead cross functional teams with sales, public relations, creative services, compliance, finance, purchasing, customer service and suppliers

•Manage agencies involved in advertising, creative design and events

•Create and communicate brand performance data to effectively manage the business

•Maximize effectiveness and accuracy of marketing budget

•Maintain relationships with key co-marketing partners; forge new relationships

•Supervise Associate Marketing Manager position 

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus

•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consumer goods marketing

•Wine / Spirits marketing a plus

•Strong balance of creative and analytical skills

•Ability to think strategically, and communicate strategic marketing recommendations to an executive level

•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

•Collaborative attitude and style; experience managing cross functional teams

•Foreign language capabilities a plus but not required

•Excellent PPT, Excel skills; Openness to embracing new technology platforms

*Strong Social Media Experience and having had exposure to handling and dealing with Social Media in past Marketing positions.
