This position (approximately 20-25 hours per week) is responsible for membership customer service, online & phone sales, shipping orders, mailings & communications, processing of quarterly wine club shipments, shipping resolutions, compliance reporting, wine club events management, and other key daily items. This position also oversees the tasting room operations which may also require helping to fill in on weekends. We’re looking for someone who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, possesses strong computer proficiencies, is resourceful at solving problems, and isn’t afraid to “roll his/her sleeves up” and get the job done when needed.
