Nottingham Cellars is hiring a Wine Club and Direct Sales Manager. This full time essential position is a working manager position responsible for all Daily Wine Club activities and the launch and implementation of a Direct Sales Channel.Nottingham Cellars has been producing award winning wines since 2009. This rapidly growing, family owned winery is looking for someone to assist with the management of our customer interface with our Wine Club Members and Direct Sales Customers to provide Best in Class Service and grow this important segment of our business.

Job Description
General summary:
As the manager of two revenue channels this position is expected to develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing and new Wine Club Members, work to minimize attrition, develop retention tools and develop/implement a disciplined approach to acquisition. In addition must Work in conjunction with Management Team to develop and implement a Direct Sales Channel with new selling tools and a business development/marketing plan to support the in place growth plan and brand image of Nottingham Cellars. This self-motivated individual must fully understand and demonstrate the concepts of "Team" and "Leadership" as well as puts a high value on "Success".
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales/Service/Systems Management
• Works in conjunction with Management Team to achieve sales goals for both Revenue Channels
• Responsible for all daily Wine Club activities
• Manages all DTC communication with existing customer data base, creates a calendar of all activities related to both Revenue Channels
• Works in conjunction with TR/Hospitality Manager to develop/implement a plan to grow Club, Data Base and Revenue
• Highly skilled in all forms of communication, this position will create and implement a verbal dialogue with all existing and potential customer to maximize revenue.
• Works with Management Team to create and execute a Business Development plan that provides the needed Direct to Consumer growth required to support the in place business plan
• Works in conjunction with Management Team to create and implement a portfolio of unique Events that drive revenue, support, encourage and maintain our existing Customer Base as well as drive growth through acquisition.
• Works in conjunction with Management Team to understand the diversity of the customer base and provide and execute a well thought out DTC business plan that supports all channels of business, walk-ins, wine club members, corporate customers and luxury wine purchasers/collectors.
• Works in conjunction with Tasting Room/Hospitality Manager to create a seamless strategy to blaze a new trail toward "Best in Class Service" in every customer engagement.
• Demonstrate capacity for customer engagement and salesmanship including:
Approachability, Perceptiveness, Tact, Resilience, Product Knowledge and Conflict Management
Successful Candidate should:
Have previous experience in Wine Club Management- Assistant, Coordinator is acceptable
Possess Superior Knowledge of Hospitality
Be Self Motivated, Goal Oriented, Detailed and Success Driven
Must possess Superior computer skills –i.e. Database Management, retail POS Systems, all Microsoft programs
Have a clear understanding of Direct Sales and Direct Marketing programing
Possess strong Sales and Customer Service Skills
Be willing and able to work one day of weekend
Be able to create and work within a team atmosphere
