Full Time
Standard Beverage
Lawrence,
Kansas
Most important to Standard Beverage is that the right candidate be a good cultural fit with the organization. Here’s what we believe…and if these values drive you too, then we’d love to hear from you!
- Be yourself, and be passionate about it. Expressing differences of opinion drives us to the best possible solution, every time.
- Find the meaning in your work and be inspired by it. Whether it’s your customer relationships, developing promising future leaders, or your connection to co-workers, listen for what inspires you and let it drive you.
- Expect the best from yourself, and your Team. We are a high-performing Team, our success (as a Team) is conditional upon our performance. We hire for potential, and then focus on developing strengths, not fixing weaknesses.
- Embrace unpleasant news; it is the surest path to an opportunity for improvement. Fix what’s broken with durable solutions that become part of SOP.
- Do the right thing. Be proud of the way we work every day, it’s the only way to be proud of the place we work.
- Help each other. At every opportunity we lend a hand, share good ideas, divide failures, and acknowledge success.
Standard Beverage has been offering fun and dynamic employment opportunities to Kansans for several decades. By hiring the right people, we have become the largest beverage distributor in Kansas and an industry leader in Customer Service.
