Maison DeLille Wine Lounge Manager (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Maison DeLille a premier wine lounge in downtown Kirkland dedicated to serving DeLille Cellars wine is seeking the best candidate to lead a team of sales professionals
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering exceptional customer service, combined with bar management and a passion for wine.

Qualifications & Job Experience:
•  Prior bar management experience
•  Prior experience in customer service and sales
•  Outstanding sales skills
•  General wine knowledge of European and Washington wines
•  Positive can do attitude with all customers and staff at all locations
•  Professional personal presentation
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
•  Basic computer skills
•  Strong organization and time management skills
•  Valid Washington State Class 12 permit and Food Handlers card
•  Working knowledge of Vin65 a plus

Job Responsibilities:
•  Ability to develop and refine new marketing and business opportunities
•  Train and develop a sales centric team
•  Accurately forecast staffing needs
•  Accurately complete daily register counts and bank deposits
•  Ensure compliance with all Liquor Control Board and Health Department Regulations
•  Seek out and schedule musicians for nightly entertainment
•  Accurately track inventory and monthly counts
•  Manage all aspects of Private Event Rentals and execution
•  Maintain physical appearance of our space, including merchandising, cleaning and stocking
•  Able to work 4 – 5 nights per week, including weekends and holidays. Hours of operation 3:00 to 10:00. 
•  Must be over 21, able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
