This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, maintaining farm machinery as well as fabricating metal parts and tools. Will have hands on supervision of all equipment maintenance. Must possess a minimum of 2-3 years Management experience, a valid CA driver’s license, as well as forklift certification. Must be bilingual/bi-literate (Spanish/English) and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is organized and detail oriented and is able to work independently as well as delegate tasks to mechanics for shop efficiency.
