Tröegs Independent Brewing is a family-owned company with a perpetual curiosity for making great beer and food.  We look for employees who share our uncompromising vision.  We value highly-skilled people who can get along with others and maintain a positive working environment.  We are seeking an outgoing individual who is equally passionate about food and beer to assist in managing our daily Tasting Room operations.

 Job Description:

We need a jack-of-all-trades who can embrace the energy of our busy Tasting Room, lead a diverse bunch of coworkers and help create an unforgettably awesome experience for our guests. The priority is helping each member of our team put their best foot forward and share the #troegsway with the hundreds of people who come through our doors every day. Our supervisors are clear-headed enough to see the big picture and deft enough to know when to jump in and pour a beer or three. Up to 25 co-workers per shift will report you, so you need to be part coach, part pinch-hitter and all-business (with a smile, of course). You’ll learn a lot about beer, including draft-system operation, ingredients, styles and tasting, with the opportunity to earn Level 1 Cicerone Certification. And before each shift, you’ll give the crew a pep talk and share the goodness of what we’re doing here at Tröegs. If you’re can-do and can’t stop moving, we want you on our side.
