Preston Farm and Winery is looking for a Tasting Room Manager. We are a family-owned farm and winery with a dynamic set of operations in Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Valley. The ideal candidate will be professional, wine-knowledgeable and capable of managing a diverse staff of both full and part-time employees. An essential part of this role will be to convey the story of the Preston family and their long tenure of stewardship in Dry Creek Valley. This person will also be expected to interact with the Preston family and key management in an effective and creative manner to ensure a high quality visitor experience that is focused on personal connection and education while creating and maintaining a dedicated customer base.
