Twomey Cellars in Healdsburg, California (www.twomeycellars.com) is seeking a few harvest interns with at least one previous harvest experience in a domestic or international winery; you must be familiar with all aspects of wine operations and available to work long hours in a physically demanding environment engaged in repetitive tasks for the purpose of assisting the cellar master in the production of high-quality pinot noir and sauvignon blanc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with pinot noir from all over California, creating ultra-premium small lot wines in a fun and focused environment. You will be responsible for your own housing and transportation. 

Job Description:
- Assist in receiving and processing fruit, sorting, pressing, etc.
- General sanitation of winery & equipment 
- Making additions to juice, must, & wine
- Performing punch-down & pump-over
- Racking juice from tank to tank
- Barrel filling, topping and stirring
- Monitoring fermentations as needed
- Pressing
- Removing pomace from tanks & presses
- Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Experience with at least one harvest is preferred
-Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
-Ability to bend, squat and lift 40 lbs.
-Able to work flexible hours with overtime
-Forklift experience desired
-Reliable transportation and clean DMV
