This will be a 2nd shift/overnight Supervisory Role.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. College Degree, or combination of education and work experience

2. 1-3 years Leadership Experience

3. Prior experience meeting operational targets/goals

4. Prior experience interviewing and selecting new team members

5. Ability to set goals, and train new staff

6. Demonstrated effective communication skills.
