The Winebow Group a global leader in fine wine and spirits has a very exciting opportunity to hire an Assistant Sales Analyst in our Virginia Office. In this position, you will assist the SVP in keeping informed of projects and task assignments.
Key Functions of the position include…..
1. Responsible for inputting costs – including all appropriate assumptions - for all SKUs in portfolio including the initial submission and maintenance in portal. Work closely with portfolio management
2. Directly responsible for the administration of pricing for all SKUs in portfolio, including the initial submission and maintenance of custom item pricing portal and sending out appropriate documentation to salesforce
3. Contribute to new vendor setup and maintenance
4. Aid in the monitoring and execution of pertinent terms and conditions of commercial agreements and legal contracts
5. Responsible for monthly production of purchase versus commitment report, where appropriate
6. Provide ad hoc analytical support to Import sales & brand management teams, including but not limited to distributor customer depletion analysis and ad hoc sales presentations
7. Contact producers as needed to request letters of authorization, label images, or other information needed for registrations to provide to Compliance
8. Will serve as first level of approval for all distributor chargebacks, monitor chargeback status and effectiveness of sales programs
9. In coordination with brand management, produce summary depletion reports for supplier meetings and focus periods
10. Work with sales management and customer service to review Import open order queue to identify and escalate stalled or slow moving orders
11. Run and produce reports for department as needed
12. Arrives to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled
13. Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
Skills/Educational Background:
1. High School diploma or GED required. Additional education strongly preferred.
2. 3-5 years experience working in an administrative or accounting function.
3. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
4. Superior follow through and the ability to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
5. Valid Driver’s License
