Big Table Farm is small winery in the Willamette Valley with the goal of making the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that we can.
The Direct to consumer Coordinator works as a team player to provide professional, efficient customer service to those who purchase our wines directly. Core responsibilities are communicating with customers, management of databases, customer information, product assortment/inventories, annual releases, all shipping and fulfillment and customer follow up, and other administrative tasks.
To meet the diverse demands of the position, the coordinator will need to work in and understand fulfillment, shipping practices and compliance. As well as be able to communicate directly with customers.
This is a full time job - the job has two busy seasons in the spring and fall when hours will be longer than the winter months-
Responsibilities:
• Communicates directly with customers via email or phone to complete orders and follow up on mailing list sign ups.
• Processes shipments and sends data to fulfillment warehouse for the shipment of wine.
• Is responsible for following up with customers on order details; declined credit cards, address matters, problem orders, compliance issues and shipment tracking to ensure a timely and seamless experience.
• Using e-winery to maintain customer information, credit card updates, order history, purchase and cancellation requests, special customer requests, etc. Ensures all data entry is current and accurate.
• Maintains product inventory in all locations with master spread sheet - currently a google doc.
• communicate as necessary with our outside compliance manager re compliance and licensing (using ship complaint)
• Answers phone as necessary and helps keep the office running smoothly
• Participates in DTC special events and other winery events as needed (memorial day and thanksgiving weekends)

Strong writing and communication skills
Strong Computer skills excel/google document proficiency, e-winery and ship compliant proficiency preferred.
Wine knowledge or an enthusiasm for wine and a willingness to learn
Must be able to lift 40lbs
Comfortable with dogs - they are in our live work space
compensation commensurate with experience
