Winery-based Sales Representative 

 

Hilmy Cellars is actively building its restaurant Sales Force, and looking for strong candidates to add to the Team. 

This is an excellent opportunity to partner with an artisanal, quality-driven Texas winery in representing the Brand to restaurants.  We focus on limited production runs of hot-climate varieties with a no-compromise approach, and try to find a true expression of site/terroir. 

We are looking for the perfect Team Member to help us maintain, service, and grow our restaurant sales with laser-like focus and precision, as well as to participate in the physical winery operations as needed.  We are taking our product and message to better restaurants in the State of TX and beyond. 

Established contact base a plus.  Compensation package will be based on experience, and will include Base + Incentive. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

•          Developing and maintaining the information base for the winery
•          Achieving the sales goals for the winery, specific to territory and restaurants
•          Overseeing and maintaining all P.O.’s for the given territory
•          Generating and managing all account invoices for the given territory
•          Conducting jovial, entertaining, and educational wine tastings in the field and at the Winery
•          Processing and delivering orders
•          Timely and accurate reporting of sales reports and analyses
•          Meeting with the Ownership on a weekly basis
•          Working in the Tasting Room as needed, and at all major winery events, as needed
•          The ability to maintain a current Driver’s License and transportation
•          The ability and willingness to lift 40-50 lbs. on a routine basis
•          Professional representation of the Hilmy brand at all times
