Seeking creative, experienced winemaker to help launch a Florida boutique urban winery from the ground up. Ideal candidate will be able to assist with design of production space and tasting room, select equipment, source high quality juice, bulk wine and fruit, and oversee all aspects of the production process. Will also educate tasting room staff on sensory evaluation and basic winemaking concepts, as well as interact with customers and wine club members.
