Looking for someone that must have experience with wine and liquor, buying inventory, good client relation. You will be responsible for managing the wine and liquor shop.
Qualifications:
-Passion, enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of wine and spirits and the industry
-Experience in the Wine and spirits industry.
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong Management and communication skills
-Flexible work schedule will be required, must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, etc
Job will include total management of retail site which includes :
-Organizing opening and closing of shop
-Helping in Deciding selection of wines and spirits to stock in the shop.
-Ordering merchandise
-Managing employees by providing motivation and leadership
-Overseeing and maintaining accurate inventories to minimize losses and optimize reordering
-Managing social media
-Developing new business
Based salary plus commission on growth.
