Wild Cider is looking for a Cider Maker to join our team. We are a Cidery in Northern CO being at the forefront of innovative cider since 2013. We are a small but rapidly growing company. 

This candidate should have the following skills and be able to perform job duties below but not limited to:

*Knowledge of cider/wine making and understanding of chemical and microbiological processes

*Inquiring mind for cider and the cider making process

*Desire to develope new cider styles

*Follow company procedures and accurately document each fermentation according to company policy 

*Strong work ethic, energetic, honest, loyal and the ability to handle stress and chaos

*Attention to detail, meticulous sanitation of the Cidery and equipment is a must at all times

*Organizational skills to manage production, meet goals and deadlines

*Ability to identify and help solve problems

* Ability to follow direction and lead day-to-day operations

*Maintain product equipment

*Operate a forklift

*Canning/packaging/kegging/cleaning

*Be able to lift up to 165 pounds, climb ladders and move equipment

*Maintain an orderly warehouse and inventory of cider

*Excellent time management

*Sense of humor

This position is a full time salaried position. Hours are Monday-Friday with some participation in events on evenings and weekends. As with all jobs in this industry there will be some long days and there will be some short days, flexibility is requirement.
