Winemaker, assistant winemaker:  Sierra Foothills, Amador County

We are searching for a winemaker or assistant winemaker with sufficient experience and education to take over winemaking duties at a growing family winery.  Candidate must be interested in running winery and vineyard operations and be very familiar with and a fan of Sierra Foothill wines. 

This is a great opportunity for hard working aspiring wine maker. I will not enumerate the duties, for if you don’t know them, you’re not the right candidate. Currently producing, Zinfandels, Italian and Rhone varietals and a growing Bordeaux varietal challenge. You will have the full support of owners in any aspirations toward building your own brand as you are helping us grow ours.

If you wish to be a hands off “consulting” winemaker, this is not for you. If you’ve got a proven capability that is currently limited by corporate ladders, we’d like to talk with you about this unique opportunity in California’s most beautiful wine growing region.
