Oregon’s leading family-owned winery- King Estate- has an exciting new position for a DTC (Direct to Consumer) Coordinator to manage all aspects of direct orders. In this position, you will process all orders through ShipCompliant and provide regular reports to DTC leadership. You will manage all consumer wine shipments including tracking of all outcomes, as well as coordinate the entire FedEx and other shipping relationships. The DTC Coordinator will manage the DTC inventory and packaging of wines.
The position requires gracious and efficient communication skills with customers as well as detailed reporting within the company.
King Estate especially hopes to speak with adventurous people with 2 or more years of experience in a similar position combining shipping, wine compliance, inventory management and customer service.
The Coordinator position will require making complex decisions, dealing with deadlines, customer relations and excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel skills. If you are interested- you will need the ability to get fired up pretty much every day and work under minimal direct supervision- that would be a sign of sure success and advancement.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications and includes full company benefits.
