Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory
-
Reconciliation of bottled inventory including physical counts
-
Data entry for inventory transfers and non-sales transactions
-
Logistics of movement of inventory between warehouses and other locations
-
Inventory support to sales team
Compliance
-
Maintain all licenses
-
Register new product and label revisions
-
COLA submissions
-
Price Postings
-
Prepare all compliance reports
-
Participate in packaging meeting
-
Process all TTB updates, weekly
-
Management of ShipCompliant database including new product set-up
-
Tax reporting for direct to consumer and three tier business
-
Maintain monthly FOB sheets (price lists)
Trucking
- Maintain all trucking licenses and file quarterly IFTA tax reports
- Fuel tax reporting
Kegging
-
Maintain kegging schedule
-
Coordinate the needs of sales with the production schedule to secure inventory needs
-
Communicate with kegging manufacturer for compliance, vendor set up, orders, kegging schedule and any other day to day issues.
Other
-
Miscellaneous Accounting and Administration tasks as needed
This position works closely with the winery's sales, marketing and production teams and assumes responsibility for submitting applications for label approvals and licensing and ensuring all state tax reporting is completed and submitted timely and accurately. This position is very deadline driven. The Compliance & Inventory Manager reports to the company's CFO & Controller.
