High-end fine wine and spirits store is seeking full time help for the position of Wine Associate. The right candidate will have at least1 + years experience in retail and expert knowledge of wine and a good understanding of small batch spirits. Previous wine sales experience a must.
- Team player
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Punctual & able to function with a sense of urgency
- Experience providing direction to other with discretion & diplomacy
- Friendly and outgoing with a “customer first” attitude
- Intuitive ability to sell wines outside of own palate
- Must be able to lift 50-100lbs
- Exceptional customer service skills. A strong business sense and a creative desire to increase sales
- Willing to work on day leading up to and on Major Holidays
- Excellent organizational skill, verbal and written communication skills
- An appreciation of and a passion for wine
