Job Summary
In this position you will contribute to project-based deliverables aligned to your field of study. The Human Resources Intern may also have exposure to several HR functional areas such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, compliance and general administration. The goal is to provide the Intern with a diverse experience where their skills and knowledge of the Human Resources are enhanced.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support HR team members through the lifecycle of recruiting and onboarding new hires.
- Work on key HR project(s) with a summer-end deliverable.
- Data entry and analysis of HR related information.
- Assist with planning of training programs and employee events.
- Support ad hoc projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of background check.
- Required to work independently and manage time commitments to meet established service goals.
- Demonstrated communication skills; both oral and written.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications at a basic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated Leadership skills.
- Experience in managing multiple assignments.
- Experience in problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
