Provide excellent customer service. Must be able to interact well with all kinds of customers, including greeting individuals, recognizing regulars, and being generally knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. Be able to locate customers' requests, suggest food and wine pairings, and recommend appropriate gifts or occasion beverages.
Contribute to department operations, including receiving deliveries, accurately entering items into POS system, stocking and storing product.
Track inventory, note low supplies and upcoming shelf availabilities.
Manage floor presentation, with an exquisite attention to physical detail and aesthetic organization. Contribute to department maintenance, cleanliness, and order.
Contribute to the general welfare of the Annex as a whole, including working outside the department on tasks as needed.
